"From Haflinger to Kürassier" on the Totenhauer Proving Grounds

August 22-24 marked the already fourth time that we could run our "From Haflinger to Kürassier" event together with the 3rd Reconaissance and Artillery Batallion on the Totenhauer proving grounds. Again we presented historic wheeled and tracked military vehicles in their "natural habitat" and allowed the interested public the experience of military offroad driving.

We have to give a big shout out to the Batallion's recovery team around Vzlt. Konrad Weik who came to our rescue with one of their Greif recovery tanks and brough one of our broken-down Kürassier tanks back from the proving grounds to base camp on Friday afternoon!

We were happy to support the concurrent rifle-shooting event of the ÖKB taking place on the adjacent Batallion's shooting range by shuttling the participants with Saurer APCs from the range to base camp.

The same weekend that we were on the proving grounds, The City of Mistelbach held its annual city festival. Obviously we did not reject the idea to join the final corso through downtown with our vehicles!
